• Activated Alumina Desiccant: Crafted from premium raw materials, these 3–5mm beads feature an extremely porous structure and a high surface area. They offer exceptional crush resistance and maintain stable physical and chemical properties, even in high-temperature or corrosive environments
• Superior Absorption: At 77°F (25°C) and 90% RH, these desiccant beads can absorb over 30% of their weight in water vapor. Their excellent porosity creates tortuous paths that maximize contact, making them ideal for use in both heated and pressure swing dryers
• Wide Variety of Applications: Ideal for drying compressed air and gases, this media can achieve dew points as low as -100°F (-73°C), depending on the dryer configuration. It is also suitable for deep drying applications under pressures exceeding 5 kg/cm²
• Easy Regeneration: To reuse, simply place the beads in an oven for 8 hours at 200°C to 250°C, taking care not to exceed the maximum temperature of 250°C. Alternatively, they can be reactivated by passing either dry gas at lower pressure, or heated/decompressed wet gas, through the media
